Kindly take some time out to read our terms and conditions to ensure a fuss free and enjoyable shopping experience.
By shopping with us, you are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the terms as stated below.
a. Our working days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.

c. All transactions (emails and payment verifications) will be attended to within 1-2 working days.
GENERAL PURCHASE AND DELIVERY
a. Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colors/sizes before checking out.
Hutz Fashion will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong colors/sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.
b. Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated, including your mobile number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A rescheduled delivery fee will apply if parcel is returned.
c. Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days (unless otherwise stated) upon payment verification.
d. Mailing days include weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
e. All orders are shipped out according to order number, we do not combine orders. (unless otherwise stated with mutual agreement)
f. Hutz Fashion reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s).
MAKING A PURCHASE
a. Please note that by adding item(s) into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment.
b. Upon checking out your order, you will be directed to the payment page. Please kindly make payment immediately to secure your order.
c. All prices are final upon payment checkout. Refunds will strictly not be allowed in the event item purchased is available on sale thereafter.

a. Backorders are opened for selected sold out items and are usually available during the stipulated time frame only.
b. Arrival time for different items differs and are usually stated under the individual product page.
c. If backorder has closed but item(s) are still available, it means there are extras and you can proceed to place an order.
d. We apologize that there may be delayed or cancelled backorders due to unforeseen circumstances such as lack of fabric, insufficient stocks etc.
e. In the event the order has an in stock piece and a backorder item, all items in the same order will be mailed out together when the backorder item is ready.
f. Kindly place separate orders if you would like us to mail out your in stock item first.
g. Backorder items are not
eligible for exchange of sizes thereafter as no extra stocks will be available for exchange, kindly select your size wisely before placing order or seek for assistance from our customer service at email@example.com

a. All local orders are delivered via ABX unless otherwise stated.
b. Orders can be tracked via https://www.tracking.my/
using your tracking number provided. (Or traceable link will be provided)
c. For Singapore orders, kindly track via the link provided in email. All shipment will be delivered by SF Express for Singapore orders.
d. Delivery Charges are usually stated as a flat rate.
e. Delivery Charges shown are partially subsidized by Hutz Fashion.
f. Kindly note that delivery applies to all addresses except no-go zones such as off-shore islands, restricted address etc.
a. West Malaysia - Flat Rate RM6 (Free delivery for purchase of RM120 & above)
b. East Malaysia - Flat Rate RM10 (Free delivery for purchase of RM120 & above)
c. Singapore - Flat Rate RM30 (Free delivery for purchase of RM300 & above)
International Orders (Singapore)
Delivery will take roughly 3-7 working days, subject to customs clearance and weather conditions.
For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.
In the case if tax not paid within the stipulated period, goods will be forfeited and destroyed by customs department which is not under our control and Hutz Fashion will not bear responsibility in this case.
Once the Order Completed Email with tracking number is emailed to you, your items are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any). However, it is up to the postal service providers on how they are handling the issue and Hutz Fashion will have no control over it.
a. Customers will be contacted via email/whatsapp should we receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.
b. Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Hutz Fashion will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part.
c. Hutz Fashion reserves the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders.
d. Any unclaimed bounced back parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited.
We accept payments via iPay88. This includes all debit/credit cards, online banking, as well as TnG eWallet & Boost.
a. For payments via iPay88, payment has to be made instantly. Please ensure that you reach the iPay88 payment gateway page via Hutz Fashion website to ensure that your payment is received and updated successfully in our system. Payments made via a new browser will not be synced to our server, and that will mean your order status will not be updated automatically.
b. Should you exit the payment gateway page and opt to transfer to our bank accounts separately, a refund will be made via store credits if we are unable to reach your payment email on time.
a. If you have a discount code, please ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid. No refunds will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.
b. Discount codes may or may not come with an expiry date. This will be informed accordingly.
c. Discount codes are strictly non-extensible.
d. Orders placed using any form of discounts are not applicable for exchange and returns.
a. We do provide returns for all regular priced items. Only regular priced items purchased directly first-hand from www.hutzfashion.com or in-stores are valid for returns.
b. All returns have to be done within 5 working days from date of receive. Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained.
c. All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact, packed in Hutz Fashion clear wrapping bag. Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly.
d. All items are not to be soaked. If color runs due to this reason, item(s) is strictly not returnable.
e. Exchanges for apparels which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
f. Backorder & Exclusive Series items are strictly NOT eligible for return/exchange of products as they are of made-to-order basis only.
g. Returns can only be made one time per order number. Meaning any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
h. For in-store purchase, returns must be made within 3 days from the date purchased in store.
a. Kindly note that we do not provide cash refunds, only returns for a store credit.
b. Returns are applicable on regular priced orders only. This does not include cotton masks.
c. Returns of any form is strictly not allowed for all SALE items and orders placed using any form of promotional/discount code, store credits and reward vouchers.
d. Postage charges to and fro will be borne by the customer.
e. Orders have to be mailed back via a trackable postage mode only. A store return credit discount code (strictly non-extensible) with 90 days validity will be issued thereafter.
f. Store return credit discount code can only be used once in a single transaction, remaining credit cannot be used separately in another transaction and not applicable for another return and exchange, or with any further discounts redemption.
g. Do kindly seek our confirmation prior to returning your order.

and we will get back to you in 1-2 working days.*Please note that our retail team is not trained to handle online orders. For all online order returns, you will be required to mail the items back to our office.
DEFECTS/WRONG ITEMS SENT
a. We apologize if a defective or wrong item was sent. For such cases, we will require them to be mailed back to us via traceable courier service for local orders. Please do not send the item(s) back on your own accord.
b. Kindly email us at email@example.com
or dm us in fb/ig with a snapshot of the defect or incorrect piece for us to advise you further before sending back the item.
c. In such circumstances, if there is a replacement piece available, it will be sent out upon receiving the return parcel. However, if the item is no longer available, a store credit with 90 days validity will be issued. Postage charges incurred will be refunded via together. There will strictly not be any cash refunds.
d. Do kindly seek our confirmation prior to returning your order.
MEASUREMENTS/REPRESENTATION OF ITEMS
a. Measurements stated may vary 1cm-3cm due to the different stretchable quality of material and the way measurement is taken. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect.
b. For printed items, please note placement of prints will differ for every piece due to cut of fabric.
c. Colors shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues. Requests for exchange/return due to such reason will be rejected.
d. For light colored items, there may have slight small black dots which are not obvious. As this does not change the overall appearance of the item, it will not be considered a defect.
e. Items with slight imperfections (loose thread, slight dotted stains etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect.
a. Store credit discount code are return credits issued by Hutz Fashion and can be used on any purchase.
b. To redeem your credits, please enter the credit code issued during check out. Your invoice will then reflect the payable amount after the deduction.
c. Store credits are strictly non-transferable.
a. All contests organized are open to Malaysia & Singapore customers only, unless otherwise stated.
