IS IT SAFE TO SHOP ONLINE?

It is safe to shop online and Hutz Fashion will keep your information discreet. The payment gateway we use is Ipay88 – is an Internet Payment Service and Solution operated by Mobile88.Com Sdn Bhd, a MSC status company since 2006. Also the courier service we use which is Pos Malaysia, which guarantees that your parcel been delivered to your doorstep.

Should I register as a member?

Yes you should, there are several type of benefit to register as a member, which includes sale notifications, new arrival updates and discount coupons! Click on the register as a new member pages to fill out your email address and preferred password.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

Hutz Fashion processes your order within 24 hours and will ship within the next 24 hours. Item will be delivered to your doorstep the next 1-2 days (Pos Laju) / 3-8 working days (International).

You may check the status of your order by logging into your account, click “My Account” or simply click “Order Tracking” at the navigation bar of the web to check the status of your parcel by key in your tracking number. You may also click “Orders History” to check your previous order.

Is my order successful?

All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of purchase. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your order summary in “My Account” (if you have an account) or your email junk folder. Alternatively , you may email us at hutzfashion@hotmail.com to check.

Changing a confirmation order

Due to security reasons, our customer service is unable to make any amendments after you have confirmed your order. This is because our warehouse moves really fast in order to ship your parcels as soon as they are confirmed.

Our Customer service team are not able to catch up with that and hence, unable to amend your orders. If an order is cancelled , no cash refund is offered. We only offer a refund in terms of credit note (20 days validity).

What is the return policy?

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS (MALAYSIA) or YOU CAN VISIT OUR RETAIL SHOP

Hutz Fashion provides returns for all items.

      • Returns can only made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
      • Items must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined. All items are not to be soaked. If color runs due to this reason, item/s is strictly not returnable.
      • All return must include the INVOICE SLIP.
      • All item sold are strictly non refundable.
      • The Return department will get back to you once a return item is received by us. This normally takes 2-3 working days. OR you may just walk in to our shop.
      • All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined and forfeited.
